I had the rare opportunity to take some pictures of my eldest daughter! I have no idea why she is picture-shy.

It was such a beautiful day today.
The King and Queen of the castle! The castle apparently being that tiny little stump under Anna's foot.
Must race our friends!
Anna is pretending to be a worm. She found (and picked up, and showed everyone) a worm under a rock earlier, and it has inspired her. I think she must be part kitten because she sure likes to play in boxes.
I love the fact that the kids of three households with connecting backyards are playing together here. In prior years there was an old outbuilding in the way so that there was no accessibility. The neighbours are great and I'm hoping that this will be typical of the summer!
